Nicole Cain RN, MSN
Nicole Cain is a locally recognized expert in the field of youth-enhancing injectables and aesthetic medical nursing. After earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1992, followed by her master’s degree in nursing in 1995, she began her professional career in aesthetic medicine while her commitment and passion continued to grow. Nicole worked closely with one of the North Shore’s top plastic surgeons, Dr. Michael Epstein, refining her skills and learning about the importance of artistry and attention to detail.
Nicole dedicates her professional career exclusively to non-surgical aesthetic procedures (Botox®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, etc.) that allow her to successfully serve a large, loyal patient base in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Nicole’s exceptional abilities, thorough understanding of human anatomy, and natural artistic eye keep her clients beautiful, youthful, and satisfied. Throughout her career, she has pursued continued education and research to perfect her skills, constantly searching for advanced products and procedures to provide the results her patients have come to expect. Over the years, Nicole has gained and maintained countless delighted patients that attribute their rejuvenated, yet natural, look to her.
MARIA SY, FNP-C
Maria is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra), and PRP/PRF treatments. Maria takes a full face, individualized approach to aesthetics, believing that subtle, strategic enhancements lead to the most natural and beautiful results. Her philosophy is simple: less is more, and skincare is a journey, not a one time event. Passionate about helping both women and men feel more confident in their appearance, Maria values building lasting relationships with her patients and takes pride in seeing their transformation both inside and out.
Outside of work, Maria is a proud wife and mom to an amazing son. She enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and researching food allergies- an area close to her heart.

Alan Zientarski, PA-C
Alan Zientarski is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with experience as an aesthetic injector. He began his career in facial plastic surgery, where he spent three years honing his skills, and also completed extensive clinical rotations in body plastic surgery.
At Trio Med Spa, Alan specializes in advanced injectable treatments with a focus on liquid rhinoplasties, offering clients a safe and precise nonsurgical alternative for nasal refinement. Additionally, he is trained in laser and microneedling services. Overall, he is passionate about combining medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural, balanced results tailored to each individual.
His philosophy of care centers on building trusting relationships and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Known for his meticulous technique and approachable nature, Alan strives to ensure that every client feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
MARTA KWIATKOWSKA, LICENSED ESTHETICIAN | Advanced Clinical Laser Technician
Marta is a licensed esthetician with over 24 years of experience in clinical esthetics here on the Northshore. She started her career in clinical esthetics getting trained by none other than Dr. Michael Epstein. She quickly learned that she had a very natural knack for this field. Her passion for taking care of people’s skin care needs propelled and motivated her. She is well known by many on Chicago’s Northshore for her ability to cultivate long term relationships, accurately assess her clients needs and create regimens to help them achieve and even surpass what they thought was possible.
